At approximately 13:37 on 8/21/2018 oneok pipeline control center received a hazardous atmosphere alarm and station shutdown and lockout for the oneok maljamar pump station. Oneok pipeline controller dispatched field personnel to the location. Once on site the oneok field personnel determined the stainless steel tubing connected to the inboard pump seal had failed at the fitting. The employee isolated the pump and the tubing was replaced with new tubing and fittings.
