Clean harbors employee called occ when they saw a leak. Chris riley called cassie whitefield. Met on site and found it ran down culvert into landowner property off the row. Cassie walked east to find the leak location and called nrc and adm. Line was down. Emergency one call was completed. Once lines were located the leak was dug out and clamp installed on line until permanent repairs could be made. Remediation was started down the ditch and onto the landowners property. The first nrc number we received was 1224491. When the line was repaired, the cause was internal corrosion and microbial.
