Lease operator reported leak on psv at 4:50 pm to enterprise personnel and line was shut down immediately. Enterprise personnel arrived on site at 5:10 pm and confirmed the 2 barrel leak on psv. Cleanup of area began immediately and a new psv was installed. Line resumed to normal operations once replacement and cleanup was completed at 8:00 pm. Accidents/incidents caused by equipment failure are trended and tracked in our operational containment program to prevent reoccurrence.
