On 08/17/17, pipeline integrity was performing a rehab dig on the south leg mainline when the lel detector indicated lel near an exposed pipeline repair sleeve. On 08/17/17 at 12:50 enterprise determined that the final cost to repair the leak was going to exceed $50k and deemed this incident nrc reportable. Operations cut out and replaced the pipe section that was previously repaired. 48 hour notification was made. Nrc # 1187687.
