Aerial patrol noticed dead vegetation on the east blue pipeline and enterprise confirmed this incident would meet nrc reporting criteria on 7/31/17. A plidco clamp was applied at the incident site and enterprise is planning on cutting out the pipe and sending the sample for metallurgical analysis. A supplemental report will follow.
