Narrative
A forklift driver working at the location struck the meter set located on the rear of the building at 4313 woodruff rd. The riser for the meter set was damaged by the fork of the forklift. It is believed that the forklift was the source of ignition and the the escaping gas ignited damaging the forklift, exterior of the building (sheet metal) and some inventory. The forklift operator received some burns as well that required overnight hospitalization.
