Approximately 2 bbls of crude oil was released from a 16-inch line in the manifold of tank 361. The release was a result of internal corrosion at the 6 o'clock position. This tank and associated piping has been removed from service. Modifications will be conducted in january to bring this piping aboveground as well as replace all suction lines within this facility.
