On 11/1/2016, an aerial patrol pilot reported to the control center a possible leak on the 20" wink pipeline. The pipeline was then shutdown. The local field operations supervisor went to the location to investigate, and confirmed that the leak was on the 20" wink pipeline. An engineered clamp was installed as a temporary repair, and a type b-sleeve was installed as the permanent repair.
