During an in-service API 653 inspection on tank 382, the tank inspector found signs of a potential leak from the bottom of tank 382. The tank was taken out of service, cleaned and an API 653 out of service inspection was performed. A pin-hole was discovered in the tank floor, which will be repaired by installing a new tank floor and a new floor liner. Impacted soil will be remediated upon the floor being removed new tank floor and new floor liner have been installed and the tank has been place back into service. Supplemental/final filed to close 7000-1 report no change to report except to update the part h narrative that the tank has been repaired and placed back into service. Second supplemental final to mark as final missed in previous supplemental same day.
