Air patrol reported a possible leak on the c47 line. The site was excavated and the incident was immediately clamped using a plidco clamp. We will be sending a cutout of this pipeline for metallurgical analysis and update this report with the findings accordingly. Update: (12/6/17) line c47 has been purged and idled and there are no remaining hydrocarbons.
