On october 12, 2016 at 08:00, during a routine inspection, local operations persons noticed that the an axuillary manifold valve was leaking from the bonnet. Approximately 25 gallons of gasoline released onto the containment area. All necessary notifications were made. The line was shut down while clean up was undertaken. The valve was repacked and operations returned to normal by 10:00. The root cause of this release has been attributed to the age of the o-ring and the degradation of the packing material.
