On 08/09/16 at approximately 2:42 pm, a pin hole leak caused by sand blasting activity during a planned ili rehab resulted in the release of .6 barrels of crude oil. A plidco clamp was immediately installed to stop the leak. On 08/11/16, type b sleeve installation was completed.
