During a routine station inspection on 8/9/2016 local operation personnel discovered a stain on the ground inside tank 90 dike. The tank and associated suction piping was idle at the time of discovery and were isolated. Excavation revealed a pinhole in the 16" jumper line. A plidco clamp was installed and the affected piping is scheduled for removal and replacement in july, 2017 in conjunction with other facility work. The affected soil was excavated for onsite remediation.
