On 08/06/2016 at approximately 1300, local operating personal noticed crude oil leaking from a pinhole on the c87. The pinhole was caused by sand blasting during a planned ili rehab. A plidco clamp was installed temporarily, all crude cleaned-up, and pipeline returned to service. The permanent repair was completed on 08/30/2016.
