The mixer seal on tank 7759 gave way and leaked about 3 bbls onto the ground. The mixer was not running at the time of the incident. Ngl had actions tank truck on sight that assisted on slowing down the leak. Travis shipp locked the shaft on the mixer and it stop leaking. Tucker construction and action environmental cleaned up the oil soak gravel and dirt and hauled offsite. Tucker construction hauled clean rock in and replace the dirt.

Narrative
The mixer seal on tank 7759 gave way and leaked about 3 bbls onto the ground. The mixer was not running at the time of the incident. Ngl had actions tank truck on sight that assisted on slowing down the leak. Travis shipp locked the shaft on the mixer and it stop leaking. Tucker construction and action environmental cleaned up the oil soak gravel and dirt and hauled offsite. Tucker construction hauled clean rock in and replace the dirt.
