Approximately 1 bbl of crude oil was released from a tank header line, as a result of low flow and water accumulation, which resulted in internal corrosion. This was not the primary header and had been idle for a while. Plains has replaced the header and is inspecting for any similar low flow conditions, within the terminal, in order to prevent this from occurring again.
