Local operations personnel were performing a site investigation when they discovered a nipple broken off a 1" thermal relief line on the 24" lateral line to tank 3001. The nipple was replaced and the line returned to service. All released product was recovered with a vacuum truck. This supplemental-final report was filed to show the time the phone call listed in part a #7 to the national response center as the time in the central time where the incident occurred, in accordance with PHMSA hazardous liquids accident reporting instructions in effect for 2016.
