Narrative
On the morning of may 11, 2016 during a routine station check at booth station, a buckeye operator noticed that the valve to tank 19 was weeping. All necessary notifications were made. The release stopped when the valve was repacked. The tank line was emptied and the valve was isolated. The valve stem and packing will be replaced. Coordinates updated per PHMSA request dated 8/19/2016 update and close march 2017 - the valve stem was replaced and monitored. The repair was successful
