On thursday, may 5th at approximately 7:20pm, a tidelands operator discovered a leak while conducting routine rounds. Approximately 3 barrels of crude oil was released from the pipeline, with product being cleaned up and recovered with the assistance of a vacuum truck. Contaminated soils are being removed from the area where the leak occurred. The leak was contained on company property.
