At approximately 11:30 pm on saturday, april 16, a leak occurred on the 12-inch hs&p to orcutt segment of line 300. The leak occurred on a third party crude oil production facility about two miles south of vandenberg village, california. The pipeline was shut down and the appropriate regulatory agencies were notified. The spill is contained on the third party's production facility property and does not pose a threat to the public or the surrounding environment. Supplemental report: changed part b question 10 to "pipeline right of way"
