Pse was notified by the seattle fire department of an odor call at the address of 213 n 85th st. When pse first responders arrived on site they found several buildings destroyed by an explosion. Lab analysis of the failed part indicates that outside force caused the failure of the aboveground pipe at this location. This is consistent with the seattle fire department's assessment of incident cause.
