Narrative
On february 25, 2016, at 11:52, los angeles fire department reported a multivehicle incident at 44275 division st, lancaster. One of the vehicles jumped the curb and impacted the gas service riser at the address. This resulted in a release of gas and ignition. Crew responded and controlled the gas. All repairs to the damaged service were completed. At 13:29, it was determined that the associated damages could possibly exceed $50,000. This incident was reported to cpuc and DOT (#1141377) due to a gas release and the associated damages exceeding $50,000 and media coverage.
