Product was flowing through prover at time of incident. Prover shaft seal failed, resulting in release of approximately 5 gallons of diesel. Operations bypassed and shut-in prover. Pipeline operations continued while prover was drained, seal replaced, and prover was placed back into operation. All contaminated rock and soil was remediated.
