Contractor was performing a field inspection and found staining on tank 59 concrete foundation. Operations went to the site and confirmed it was product (ulsd). Automatic tank gauging and manual gauging has confirmed undetectable amount has leaked. Tank was continually monitored with no loss detectible. Tank will be inspected and repaired.
