On 9-17-15 a pin hole leak was discovered by operation on a header valve. Half a gallon released into containment and a temporary repair was made to the valve body. On 10-12-15 it was determined the valve would need to be replaced, which placed it over the $50,000 reporting requirement. The valve was replaced on 10-30-15.
