Approximately 5 bbls of crude oil were released from a 26" suction line for tank 361, as a result of internal corrosion. Upon investigation, the internal corrosion was discovered to be from lack of flow. The failed piece of pipe has been replaced with 16" pipe. Plains will be conducting a non-destructive examination (nde) inspection in first quarter 2016.
