On 9/21/15 at approximately 11:10 enterprise operating personnel were notified by a third party that a flange fire was occurring at hunt station. Company personnel and emergency responders responded and extinguished the fire at approximately 11:50. Update* all facility piping exposed to fire has been replaced. This report is now final.
