A pipeline tech found oil in the manifold area at ringling station. It was discovered that the glass sight tube on the side of the suction dampener to pd pump #5 had a vertical crack. Approximately 30 barrels of crude oil were released. All oil was contained within the station manifold area and promptly cleaned up by an environmental contractor. No impact to hca, USA or water.
