Narrative
On 9/1/2015 at approximately 0845 lightning struck tank 4004. All inbound and outbound movements were shutdown immediately. Emergency responders were dispatched to disperse fire foam and water to extinguish the seal fire. At 1145 the fire was extinguished and the rest of the facility was restarted at 14:17. Upon inspection of the fire damaged tank it was determined that 12.5 plates and the seal was to be replaced. All damaged shell plates and the seal was replaced and the tank returned to service on 07/21/2016.

Narrative
