On 9/5/15 at approximately 0300, local operating personnel discovered crude oil leaking from a 1" nipple. The asset was shutdown and isolated to stop the leak. Maintenance personnel replaced the nipple and the movement was restarted. All oil was contained and promptly cleaned up.
