A third party crew performing demolition work impacted the phillips 66 seminoe pipeline with a 6" x 3" I-beam at a location about 1.5 miles north of sinclair, wyoming, resulting in a spill of diesel fuel. Phillips 66 personnel shut down and blocked in the pipeline segment and made the appropriate regulatory notifications.
