On 5/20/15 at approximately 08:45 local technician noticed oil seeping from a 1" nipple on the suction side of the booster pump #2 due to vibration. The pump was shutdown and the nipple was isolated to stop the leak. The area was cleaned up and the cracked nipple was replaced with a thicker walled nipple.

On 5/20/15 at approximately 08:45 local technician noticed oil seeping from a 1" nipple on the suction side of the booster pump #2 due to vibration.
