Narrative
On 04/23/2015, at approximately 07:24, an enterprise products operator identified an incident in their jacksboro station. An estimated volume of 0.5 barrels was released and was maintained within the facility. Failure was due to the mechanical pump seal. The field office was able to replace the seal and the pump was restarted at approximately 11:28. This incident did not affect any hca's or a body of water. The 0.5 bbls of crude oil were promptly cleaned up and the soil affected has been remediated.
