Narrative
A building fire at 11844 mill valley st melted the building regulator and meter attached to the home. The leaking gas was then ignited by the fire which contributed to the fire in the adjacent building 11852 mill valley st. No injuries were reported and the original source of the fire is not attributed to the gas facilities. Note: response to a.13 is for the individual service that was cut-off. No other pipeline main was shut down. The service will likely be renewed at some point in the future after the home is re-built.
