Note: the location of this incident was originally reported to the nrc as503 s macedo. The driver of sport utility vehicle, travelling at a high rate of speed, lost and went airborne ove the 6-foot high fence of a gate station, causing damage to the regulating facilities. The damage caused a repid depressurization, resulting in a sytem outage affecting 6,436 customers.
