Narrative
A driver was heading eastbound on se 29th st. And had a medical condition causing him to steer across the westbound lane of se 29th st. Leaving the roadway. Once he left the roadway he struck an ong commercial meter set and continued on and hit a tree. The driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital and was later admitted for an overnight stay. The service was discontinued the day of the event and the service was rebuilt with the meter set relocated closer to the customer's structure february 20, 2015. The incident occurred at 16:22 on february 9, 2015 and notification was made to the oklahoma corporation commission at 17:51 upon learning that damages exceeded the $5,000 state reporting threshold. Ong became aware of the overnight hospital stay at 20:57 and telephonically reported the incident to the national response center at 21:06.
