During routine valve maintenance, conroe station operations personnel discovered a small leak on the bonnet flange that was only detectable via lel testing. After it was determined that the only way to repair the valve was to perform a double stopple bypass to blow down the valve body, it was deemed reportable due to greater than $50,000 in maintenance costs. The valve was repaired and put back in to service 11/3/2014 at 21:00.
