Tank 130 inlet line release at pit 4 occurred monday 8/18/2014. Line diameter is 24 in. Dead leg section of line was source of leak. Dead leg is approx. 15 feet in length and contained a localized pit at the 6:00 position due to internal corrosion. The dead leg section of pipe was removed.
