Crude oil was discovered on a 16 inch transfer line inside the tank berm of tank 5653. The line was isolated, hydro-excavated and the crude oil was cleaned up. The line was repaired with a clamp and was placed back into service. The nrc notification was made within minutes after knowledge that the cost would exceed 50,000.
