Narrative
A lightning strike occurred at the central florida pipeline's orlando terminal on 8/7/2014 at approximately 16:53. The lightning strike resulted in a fire at block valve 16-24 on a 3/8 inch stainless steel swagelok dielectric fitting on a pressure sensing line. The local fire department arrived on scene at 17:10. The fire was extinguished at 17:35. A small hole was found in the dielectric fitting on the pressure sensing line.
