At 11:30 am on 07-27-14, a contractor at hobbs station found a leak on the 10" suction line on tank 5204 inside the tank dike. Area was excavated and determination was made that there was a pin hole leak at the 6 o'clock position of the pipe due to internal corrosion. Leak was stopped by applying a clamp and the area was promptly cleaned up.
