While performing work in the manifold area, a sheen was noticed on top of collected rain water near the station tank manifold. Upon further investigation, the source of the release was determined to be from an out of service tank off the manifold. The tank line was isolated from pressure and was scheduled to be permanently removed the following month. Since there was a vac truck onsite, the oily water from the excavation site was removed immediately.

Narrative
