While conducting maintenance at the st. Paul park station, magellan employees noticed the pump-back line from the sump appeared to be loose where it emerges from the ground. They hand-dug the line and exposed a 90 degree elbow fitting and discovered a small amount of product. Impacted soil was removed using a hydro-vac. The line was drained of product, repaired using welded fittings and put back into service.
