On 4/25/2014 operation personnel discovered a small release around pump unit #4 at ranger station. Investigation revealed that a flow switch had failed which allowed crude oil to be released into the conduit and onto the ground. The failed switch was isolated and removed and a new flow switch was installed. The affected soil was removed for remediation on site.
