A 1 inch drain valve was left open during the calibration of the 10 inch cff prover system, allowing 9.6 gallons of jet fuel to back up through the sample house floor drain onto the sample house floor and outside the sample house door into secondary containment. The area was cleaned and all impacted soil was removed.
