Approximately .6 bbls of crude oil were released when a 12 inch bypass line corroded internally resulting in an underground pinhole leak. The bypass line has been removed and operations resumed. **this report was manually sent to PHMSA via email on 10.10.13 to meet the 30 day reporting requirement for PHMSA release reporting. Plains was not able to access the PHMSA portal during this time.
