Crude oil was observed at entry of tunnel casing of pipeline segment. A hydro test determined the segment had failed inside the tunnel. A jump-over line was installed to tie into two spare lines to continue normal operations. A pipe liner was installed in the leaking line segment and was placed in fire water service.
