Narrative
While on normal rounds, a splp marcus hook tank farm operator observed what appeared to be a sheen on a rain puddle. Supervision was notified and oil absorbent pads were placed on the puddle. Further investigation determined there was a pinhole leak at approximately the 6 o'clock position on the pipe. A plidco clamp was installed as an immediate repair.
