Damage was caused by third partry contractor installing signal lines for the town of smithfield, ri. Site tech, the third party contractor, was using a vermeer to excavate and punctured our 6" main. The root casue of this damage was due to the contractor's negligence, in not complying with proper dig safe procedures.
