Personnel at the facility head a hissing sound in the vicinity of the receiving manifold and during the ensuing investigation discovered a pressure relief fitting on a tank receiving line was leaking. The fitting was replaced and approximately 5 cubic yards of contaminated soil was remediated in accordance with company and state standards.
